FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Parking at CtC Bear
Ample parking at the front and side of our church makes getting in easy. Accessible parking isclearly marked close to the front glass doors. A greeter, just inside the door will guide you tothe Celebration Room where we worship. The greeter can help you locate the children's check, restrooms, coffee, and refreshments.
Children Check-In
CtC Kids ministry supports families by nurturing faith in children from birth through fourth grade.
We believe family life is the first place to nurture faith. So our priority is to walk beside
Mom, Dad, and others who care for children as they learn, grow, and experience God's love.
When you arrive, a greeter can help you "check in" your children who want to participate. Then go to the Celebration Room for worship as a family. During the service, the pastor will offer a blessing for the children. Then they will be escorted to activity rooms by a trained volunteer.
After Bible stories, crafts, snacks, and age appropriate activities, parents can meet their child just outside their meeting room.
What Should I Wear
At CtC, you'll notice a casual atmosphere, and people of all ages and walks of life. Please feel free to dress casually. You’ll see folks in shorts & t-shirts, jeans, and other casual clothes—be comfortable!
Worship
Our worship is a heart-felt conversation with God. The greetings, music, scriptures, prayers, and messages are planned to encourage you to experience God's transforming presence in your life.
Our pastor gives a message that will be sure to connect the Bible with your life. We hope you'll listen for God to inspire you. Prayer is important at CtC, so youll have opportunity to pray privately or to ask a trained volunteer to pray for any concerns or needs you have.
Offering
Every week, CtC's attenders give generously as they are able. People who are new to CtC are not expected to give until they are moved to do so as an expression of their faith in God and commitment to support the many ministries of CtC that change the lives of others.
We want to practice this verse from the Bible, "Everyone must decide for themselves how much to give. And don't give reluctantly or out of pressure because God loves a cheerful giver." 2 Corinthians 9:7
Communion
Every first Sunday of the month we celebrate communion. Anyone who wishes to participate in this sacred moment is welcome to partake.
Parents can choose whether their children should receive communion.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU
We believe church is more than a place you attend—it's a community where you belong.
