We all have something of value for another person.
This Saturday, August 14 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Christ the Cornerstone will be sponsoring a “Yard-Sale-Giveaway.” This event gives us the opportunity to take inventory of items we have around the house that we:

• no longer have use for
• bought and never used
• "I might need it someday"
• can't seem to part with it for some reason

We look at the Yard-Sale-Give-Away as a chance to "get rid of stuff" but why not look at it another way: Some of our neighbors who attend may be in real need of items for their families but may not have the means to provide them. So let's think as we are doing our inventory, "Do I really need to keep this? If I keep it, am I really going to use it?" But before asking yourself these questions, pray about it. Ask God what you should do. No doubt, He will give you the right answer.
